1. Service and purchase
Authority Boost provides SEO audit, recommendation and website-improvement tools and services. The package selected at checkout determines the number of pages and fixes available. Unless clearly stated otherwise, the purchase is a one-off payment and does not create a recurring subscription.
2. Search results cannot be guaranteed
While we use industry best practices and proven methodologies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, enquiries or revenue from our services. Search engine results are influenced by many factors outside Authority Boost's control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, website history and authority, domain age and reputation, content quality and relevance, technical performance, crawlability and indexing, site speed, mobile usability, hosting and downtime, security issues, local-search signals, user behaviour, manual actions or penalties, changes made by the customer or third parties, and the quality and relevance of links pointing to and from the website.
As a result, no promises or guarantees are made regarding improvements in search rankings, organic traffic, enquiries or revenue.
3. Audit findings and estimates
Audit findings are based on the website and data available when the audit is run. Traffic, commercial-value and revenue figures shown in an audit are estimates intended to help prioritise opportunities; they are not promises, forecasts or guarantees of future performance.
4. Customer responsibility and approval
You are responsible for providing accurate website and contact information, maintaining suitable website backups and reviewing proposed changes before approving them. Authority Boost is designed to let you review, edit, approve, apply and, where supported, roll back changes. You remain responsible for deciding which changes are applied to your website.
5. Website and third-party dependencies
Results and functionality can be affected by WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting providers, caching or security systems, analytics platforms, search engines and other third-party services. Changes to those systems may affect availability, compatibility or results and are outside Authority Boost's control.
6. Payment and access
Payment is processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Access, package entitlement and setup details are issued after successful payment confirmation. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Reasonable use and liability
Authority Boost will provide the purchased service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authority Boost is not responsible for losses caused by search-engine changes, third-party services, pre-existing website issues, customer changes, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or actions outside the agreed service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
